一流大学建设高校校长任职的实证分析与启示

摘要
基于一流大学建设高校41位现任校长的履历分析发现,校长的群体构成趋于"同质化"倾向,选拔范围主要来自高等教育系统内部,以学术精英与高端人才为主,校长选任还呈现出"土著"特征,职位的变迁路径比较"唯一化"。我国在推动世界一流大学建设中,应着重增强校长群体的多元化特征,扩展校长选任的范围与视野,构建多元主体参与的校长公开选拔机制,注重校长候选人的国际化背景。
Based on the resume analysis of 41 current presidents in universities under first-class construction, it can be found that the group characteristics of university presidents tended to be homogeneous.These presidents primarily came from the internal higher education system, and were selected from academic elites and high-end talents. The president's selection showed the characteristics of "indigenous". The change path of the president position was relatively "unique". To improve the construction of world first-class universities, we should focus on enhancing the diversified characteristics of presidents, expanding the scope and vision of president selection, constructing the president's open selection mechanism involving multiple stakeholders, and highlighting the international background of president candidates.
