摘要
目的:建立艳山姜的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:样品加入石油醚(60~90℃) 5ml,振荡30min,离心,取上清液作为供试品溶液,另取艳山姜对照药材同法操作,作为对照品溶液。取供试品和对照品溶液各5μl点于硅胶板上,以石油醚(60~90℃):乙酸乙酯(9:1)为展开剂,展开,取出,晾干,喷以5%香草醛硫酸溶液,在105°C加热至斑点显色清晰。结果:所得的薄层色谱图谱有7个斑点,斑点清晰且分离效果和显色效果佳。结论:该鉴别方法操作简单,试剂少、时间短,定性特征明显、结果易于判定,可作为艳山姜的薄层鉴别方法。
        Objective : To establish a thin layer chromatography identification method of Alpinia zerumbet. Methods Petroleum ether( 60-90 ℃) were added in samples with 5 ml, stired for 30 minutes, and centrifuged, the upper liquid was taken as the test solution. Alpinia zerumbet was used as the control medicinal materials, and operated in the same way as the reference solution. The test and reference solutions were spreaded on the silica gel plate at 5μl, with etroleum ether( 60-90 ℃) : ethyl acetate( 9 : 1) as mobile phase, and 5 % sulfuric acid solution as color developing reagent. Heated at 105 ℃ until the spots color were clear. Results The TLC chromatogram had 7 well-separated clear spots, the separation and color development effect were good. Conclusion The identification method had the advantages of simple operation, less reagents, short-time operation, obvious qualitative characteristics and easy judgment, and it can be used as a thin layer identification method for Alpinia zerumbet.
