摘要
介绍了矮烟罩大电炉在高碳锰铁生产过程中炉衬出现的缺陷及解决问题的途径。通过选择合适的砌炉工艺、调整炉料渣型及选择适宜的供电制度等技术措施,可以避免炉衬事故的发生,从而使生产正常进行。
This parper Introduces the defect and the way of solving the problem that the furnace lining appeared in high carbon ferromanganese production process with low hood large furnace. By choosing the suitable process of furnace brick,adjusting slag type and selecting suitable charging power supply system and other technical measures,it can avoid lining accidents. Thus,it can keep the normal production.
