掘锚一体机在高瓦斯矿井大断面煤巷掘进中的应用

摘要
提高巷道掘进效率,保证采掘合理衔接是煤矿生产工作的重点。漳村煤矿针对大断面煤巷掘进效率低、机械化程度低、作业工序复杂的情况,引进了首台EJM2×160/4-2新型掘锚一体机。它集截割、装载、运输、支护为一体,具有悬臂式纵向双截割滚筒,不但能对煤巷工作面进行快速高效的机械化截割,而且独特的装载及输送机结构能将截割下的煤岩顺利装运出去,同时在截割完成后还能对巷道进行机械化的支护作业,通过掘进与支护的组合作业大大提高了巷道的掘进效率,降低了工人的劳动强度。

Zhangcun Coal Mine has introduced the first EJM2 * 160/4-2 new type of excavation and anchorage machine in view of the situation of low excavation efficiency,low mechanization degree and complex operation procedure of large cross-section coal roadway. It integrates cutting,loading,transportation and support. It has a cantilever vertical double cutting drum. It can not only cut the coal roadway face mechanically quickly and efficiently,but also transport the cut coal and rock smoothly with its unique loading and conveyor structure. At the same time,it can also carry out mechanized support operation for Roadway after cutting,through the combined operation of excavation and support. It greatly improves the efficiency of roadway excavation and reduces the labor intensity of workers.
