摘要
通过对实验过程的分析确定了纸片快速法测定污水处理厂出水中粪大肠菌群不确定度的主要来源,同时量化和评定其不确定度,研究表明属于A类不确定度的重复性检测对合成不确定的贡献最大,实验中应予以注意。本研究建立了一种简单的水中粪大肠菌群不确定度评定方法,检测结果的不确定度为0.0960,重复性限为1.7350。
        Through the experiment analysis of fecal coliforms in sewage plant outfall by paper strip method, the main factors of uncertainty in the process were determined, and the uncertainty was quantified and assessed. It was found that repeatability detection, which belongs to A type uncertainty, contributed the most to the combined uncertainty, and attention should be paid in the process of experiment. Meanwhile a simple method for evaluating the uncertainty of fecal coliforms in water was established. The uncertainty of the experiment was 0.0960 and the repeatability limit was 1.7350.
