摘要
目的了解新疆北疆地区哈萨克族人群A_2亚型、MNS、P、Kell血型表型的多态性,建立哈萨克族人群稀有血型抗原的资料。方法随机选择新疆北疆地区哈萨克族人群的无关个体6 862人,采用血型血清学盐水试管法进行A、B、A_1、M、N、P_1、K抗原检测,采用卡式微柱凝胶抗球蛋白法,进行S、s、k抗原检测。结果 1)受检人群A_2亚型在A型中的检出率为7.08%,AB型中的检出率为21.79%;2)MNS、P、Kell血型系统等位基因频率,依次为:M=0.566 8,N=0.433 2,S=0.186 0,s=0.814 0,P1=0.284 8,P2=0.715 2,K1=0.009 6,K2=0.990 4,用χ~2检验,比较基因型频率分布的观察值与期望值,符合Hardy-Weinberg遗传法则(P>0.05);3)检出MNS血型系统罕见S-s-表现型14例,频率为1.16%。4)Kell血型系统中K抗原频率为1.92%,检出罕见KK纯合子1例,频率为0.034%。结论新疆北疆地区哈萨克族人群A_2亚型、MNS、P、Kell血型基因频率分布,具有本民族特征。MNS血型存在独特的基因类型,Kell血型K抗原阳性率明显高于汉族。
Objective To understand the polymorphisms of the A_2 subtype, MNS, P, and Kell phenotypes in the Kazak population of northern Xinjiang and to establish data on rare blood group antigens in the Kazakh population.Methods 6 862 unrelated individuals in the Kazak population of northern Xinjiang were randomly selected. The antigen of A, B, A_1, M, N, P_1 and K was detected by blood type serological saline test tube method. The antigen of S, s and K was detected by the card type microcolumn gel antiglobulin method. Results 1) A_2 subtype, the detection rate in type A was 7.08%, and the detection rate in AB type was 21.79%. 2) The allele frequencies of MNS, P and Kell blood type were successively:M=0.566 8, N=0.433 2, S=0.186 0, S=0.814 0, P_1=0.284 8, P_2=0.715 2, K1=0.009 6, K2=0.990 4. using the χ~2 test, The Observation value and expectation of genotype frequency distribution were compared. Conform to the Hardy-Weinberg genetic rule(P>0.05). 3) Detecting the rare gene phenotype of MNS blood group system in Kazak population, namely S-s-14 cases, with a frequency of 1.16%. 4) The frequency of K antigen in the Kell blood group system was 1.92%, and 1 cases of rare KK homozygote were detected, with a frequency of 0.034%. Conclusion The gene frequency distribution of A_2 subtype, MNS, P and Kell blood type of the Kazakh population in North Xinjiang in Xinjiang region have the characteristics of own ethnic. The MNSs blood type has a unique genetype. and Kell blood type K antigen positive rate is significantly higher than that of the Han nationality.
