摘要
介绍牛栏江黄角树水电站大泄量大角度弯道溢洪洞设计,溢洪洞布置在泄洪排沙(导流)洞外侧,平面转弯达59.9°,进口闸室位于库区,洞身段围岩卸荷裂隙发育,出口明渠及挑流鼻坎位于深厚河床冲积层上,设计采取了多种加强处理措施,确保了溢洪洞顺利完建并投入使用。并经受年2014年8.03地震后最大泄流量3000m3/s的考验。
        The paper gives an introduction to the design of the spillway tunnel with a large discharge and a large angle bend of the Huangjiaoshu Hydropower Project. The spillway tunnel is located at the external side of the flood discharging and flushing(diversion) tunnel at a plane turning angle of 59.90, the inlet gate chamber is located in the reservoir area, load-relieved fissures are developed in surrounding rocks of the tunnel, and both open channel and flip bucket are arranged on the deep and thick river bed alluvium. Various reinforcing treatment measures were taken in the design in order to ensure successful completion and operation of the spillway tunnel as scheduled. The spillway tunnel successfully experienced the maximum water discharge of 3,000m3/s after occurrence of an earthquake on August 3rd, 2014.
