摘要
比较两种酵母细胞壁对肉鸡生产性能、死淘率和免疫机能的影响。选取1日龄AA肉鸡900只,随机分成基础日粮组、面包酵母细胞壁组和啤酒酵母细胞壁组,每组4个重复,每个重复75只肉鸡。结果显示:处理组间的肉鸡的平均体重、平均日增重和饲料/增重均无显著性差异;面包酵母细胞壁组显著降低肉鸡1~42 d的死淘率(P<0.05),显著提高肉鸡二免后的血清新城疫NDV抗体效价(P<0.05)。
        This experiment was conducted to study the effect of two types of yeast cell wall on production performance,mortality and elimination rate and immunity of broiler. A total of 900 roosters at 1 day age were divided into three groups randomly(basal diet group(control), bread yeast cell wall group and beer yeast cell wall group) with 4 replicates per group and 75 roosters per replicate. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the average weight, average daily gain and F/G ratio between the treatment groups, the rate of chicken died late of bread yeast cell wall group was significantly decreased from 1 to 42 days of age(P<0.05), and significantly increased the titer of ND-HI immune globulin in broiler chickens(P<0.05).
