解淀粉芽孢杆菌LZN01对西瓜专化型尖孢镰刀菌的抑制效应

摘要
西瓜专化型尖孢镰刀菌(FON)是西瓜枯萎病的病原菌,生物防治是控制西瓜枯萎病的重要手段。研究解淀粉芽孢杆菌LZN01对FON的抑制效应。试验结果表明,解淀粉芽孢杆菌LZN01对FON的抑菌率为57.07%;FON孢子悬液与解淀粉芽孢杆菌LZN01发酵上清液按体积比1∶1混合培养6、12、24 h,孢子萌发抑制率分别为86.21%、67.50%、56.04%,抑制率随时间的增加呈下降趋势;经解淀粉芽孢杆菌LZN01发酵上清液处理,通过扫描电镜观察发现FON菌丝细胞膨大且畸变,菌丝表面严重受损;温度在-20℃~60℃之间,pH值在4~9之间,解淀粉芽孢杆菌LZN01的发酵液抑菌效果稳定;解淀粉芽孢杆菌LZN01发酵上清液抑菌能力稳定。综上所述,解淀粉芽孢杆菌LZN01对FON具有较好的抑制能力,且抑菌效果稳定,在西瓜枯萎病生物防治方面具有较大的开发和应用价值。
