摘要
国内某大型石化公司气分装置气体丙烯塔C103A\B内构件出现结垢堵塞,严重影响装置的平稳运行和全厂的经济效益,在国内石化行业没有成功或现成可借鉴实践经验可循的情况下,通过试验以及化学清洗技术分析、成份分析,对在线化学清洗进行全面论证,以期达到投入最小,风险最低,可操作性最佳且最为安全的可行性方案。
        Scale blockage appeared in C103 A,B internal components of the propylene tower in a gas fractionation plant in certain domestic largescale petrochemical company.This seriously affects the smooth running of the plant and the economic benefits of the company.There is no successful or existing practical experience for reference in domestic petrochemical industry.This paper makes comprehensive analysis and demonstration on the online chemical cleaning from the technical viewpoints covering laboratory and chemical cleaning technology and components analysis.This is to achieve the goal of minimum input,minimizing risks,the best operability and the safest feasibility plan.
