坚硬特厚煤层综放工作面顶板弱化技术应用研究

摘要
为了解决韩家洼煤业特厚煤层工作面顶煤冒放率低、顶板悬顶的问题,以韩家洼煤业22201工作面地质条件为工程背景,采用现场分析、力学模型推导的方法,分析"三硬"条件下弱化顶板的机理和比较不同弱化方法的优缺点,选择深孔预裂爆破法应用于顶板弱化。研究结果表明:该方法在综放生产中保证了安全,取得了经济效益,有利于安全高产高效矿井建设。
        In order to solve the problems of low top-coal caving rate and roof suspension in extra-thick coal seam working face of Hanjiawa Coal Industry, the geological conditions of the 22201 working face in Hanjiawa are taken as the engineering background. The mechanism of weakening the roof under the "three-hard" condition is analyzed and the advantages and disadvantages of different weakening methods are compared by means of field analysis and derivation of mechanical model. As a result, deep-hole presplitting technique is selected for roof weakening. The results show that this method ensures safety and economic benefit in fully mechanized caving production, and is conducive to safe, high-yield and high-efficiency mine construction.
