负压封闭引流技术在足踝开放性软组织缺损创面中的应用

摘要
目的探讨负压封闭引流技术在足踝开放性软组织缺损创面中的应用效果。方法于2017年9月—2018年9月,对该院收治的足踝开放性软组织缺损50例患者进行对照观察,利用电脑随机的方式分为常规组、研究组,两组各有25例。常规组行常规换药处理、二期修复,研究组行负压封闭引流技术、二期修复。结果研究组创面直径缩小幅度明显大于常规组,且二期手术等待时间、换药次数、创面愈合时间、住院时间均短于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗费用比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论负压封闭引流技术的应用,有助于足部开放性软组织缺损创面的良好恢复,促使肉芽组织生成,减少治疗时间,此种治疗方法比较理想。
Objective To investigate the effect of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of open soft tissue defect of ankle and foot. Methods From September 2017 to September 2018, 50 patients with open soft tissue defect of foot and ankle were divided into two groups randomly by computer: conventional group and research group, each with 25 cases.Routine group was treated with routine dressing change and secondary repair, while study group was treated with vacuum sealing drainage and secondary repair. Results The reduction of wound diameter in the study group was significantly greater than that in the conventional group, and the waiting time, dressing change times, wound healing time and hospitalization time of the two groups were shorter than those in the conventional group(P< 0.05); there was no significant difference in the treatment cost between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The application of vacuum sealing drainage technique is helpful to the good recovery of open soft tissue defect wound of foot, to promote granulation tissue formation,and to reduce the treatment time.
