摘要
胆总管结石(CBDS)是临床常见疾病,我国发病率较高,易导致胆管梗阻、继发胆管炎、胰腺炎和梗阻性黄疸,甚至危及生命,一旦确诊需及时治疗。既往CBDS以传统外科手术治疗为主,随着内镜技术的发展和进步,内镜下治疗CBDS成为新的趋势。以内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)为代表的内镜技术已成为临床上治疗CBDS的重要手段。我国内镜技术起步较晚,经过内镜工作者的不懈努力,现已日益成熟和普及。目前,内镜下治疗CBDS主要技术有ERCP、内镜下乳头括约肌切开术、内镜下十二指肠乳头括约肌球囊扩张术、机械性碎石、体外冲击波碎石术、电液碎石术和激光碎石术等。
        Common bile duct stones(CBDS) is a common clinical disease with high incidence in China,which may lead to biliary obstruction,secondary cholangitis,pancreatitis and obstructive jaundice,and even endanger life. Once diagnosed,timely treatment is needed. In the past,CBDS were mainly treated with traditional surgery. In recent years,with the development of endoscopic techniques,endoscopic treatment of CBDS has become a new trend. Endoscopic techniques,represented by endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP),have become an important means of clinical treatment of CBDS. China's endoscopic technology started late,and through the unremitting efforts of endoscopic workers,it has become increasingly mature and popular. At present,endoscopic treatment of CBDS has entered a new era,with ERCP,endoscopic sphincterotomy,endoscopic duodenal papillary sphincter balloon dilatation,mechanical lithotripsy,extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,electro-hydraulic lithotripsy and laser lithotripsy as representative technologies.
