大黄芒硝粉外敷治疗妇产科腹部切口愈合不良30例

摘要
目的:观察大黄芒硝粉外敷治疗妇产科术后腹部切口愈合不良的治疗效果。方法:将60例妇产科腹部术后有切口愈合不良表现的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组给予每日常规碘伏消毒,挤净渗液后,外敷大黄芒硝粉治疗,对照组给予每日常规碘伏、75%酒精消毒切口,挤净渗出液,用红外线烤灯照射切口30 min。结果:治疗组有效率96.67%,对照组有效率73.33%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治愈时间(5.5±1.4)d,对照组治愈时间(8.2±2.3)d,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:大黄芒硝粉外敷治疗妇产科腹部切口愈合不良疗效显著,不仅能明显促进切口愈合,缩短治疗时间,而且无毒副作用,安全可靠,方法简便易行。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of the topical application of Dahuang(Radix et Rhizoma Rhei) Mangxiao(Natrii Sulfas) Powder on poor healing of obstetric abdominal wound.Methods: 60 cases with poor healing of obstetric abdominal wound were randomized into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.For treatment group,routine iodophordisinfection was givendaily,and after squeezing clean the oozing,Dahuang Mangxiao Powder was applied; for control group,routinedisinfection by iodophor and 75% alcohol,and after squeezing clean the oozing,infrared lamp was applied for 30 minutes.Results: The effective rate of treatment group was 96.67% while that of control group was 73.33%; treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).The healing time in treatment group was(5.5 ± 1.4)d while(8.2 ± 2.3)d in control group; treatment group was better than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: The topical application of Dahuang Mangxiao Powder has remarkable curative effect on poor healing of obstetric abdominal wound,which can only obviously promote the wound healing,but shorten the treatment time.This therapy,without toxicity and side effects,is safe,reliable,simple and convenient to apply.
