摘要
兔毛可纺性差,纤维间抱合力差,难于开发纯纺产品。将兔毛、维纶、天丝纤维以70:20:10的比例进行混纺,通过对原料的选择、混纺比的确定、纺纱、织造等一整套工艺路线和技术参数的选择,纺制出60Nm兔毛/维纶/天丝混纺多孔纱,比较维纶溶前后纱线性能的变化,并开发保暖针织产品。
Rabbit hair has poor spinnability and poor cohesion between fibers,making it difficult to develop pure spinning products. Therefore,rabbit hair,vinylon and Tencel were blended at a ratio of 70:20:10. By selecting raw materials,determining the blending ratio,spinning,and weaving,a set of processing ways and technical parameters were selected to spin 60 Nm rabbit hair/vinylon/Tencel blended porous yarn. The changes of yarn properties before and after vinylon dissolution were compared and the thermal knitted products were developed.
