色媒体在直接湖蓝5B染苎麻织物中的应用

摘要
常规苎麻直接染料染色法存在污水排放量大、污染严重等问题。文中采用色媒体对苎麻织物进行阳离子改性以实现无盐染色,采用浸轧法,探讨工艺条件对织物上染百分率的影响,确定最佳工艺处方,并与常规加盐染色工艺进行对比。结果表明,色媒体无盐染色最佳工艺为:色媒体用量60.0 g/L、NaOH用量0.3 g/L、轧余率75.00%、焙烘温度120℃、焙烘时间3 min,在最佳工艺条件下织物上染百分率达到93.31%;色媒体无盐染色工艺与常规加盐染色工艺相比,染色牢度相当,上染百分率较大,且色媒体无盐染色节水节能、减少环境污染,对实现染色过程中的清洁式生产有重要意义。
        The conventional direct dye dyeing method of ramie has problems such as large sewage discharge and serious pollution. In this paper,the cationic modification of ramie fabrics to achieve salt-free dyeing was carried out by color media. The effect of process conditions on the dyeing percentage of the fabrics was discussed. It turns out, Color media usage 60.0 g/L, NaOH usage 0.3 g/L, rolling rate 75.00%, cure at 120 ℃ for 3 minutes, fabric dyeing percentage reached 93.31% under optimal process conditions. The color media colorless dyeing process and conventional dyeing process dyeing fastness is similar and dyeing percentage is relatively large, and color media colorless dyeing water saving and energy saving, reducing environmental pollution, to achieve clean production in the dyeing process is of great significance.
