老年科护士临床护理能力的观察与影响因素分析

摘要
目的评估老年科护士临床护理能力水平,并分析其影响因素,为老年科护士专业化培训和人才培养提供参考和依据。方法采用便利抽样的方法选择上海市3家三级甲等医院符合纳入标准的271名老年科护士作为观察对象,采用老年科护士临床护理能力问卷对护士的临床护理能力进行评估,并分析其影响因素。结果老年科护士临床护理能力总均分为(204.50±25.58)分;老年科护士的工作年限、职称、学历以及对老年科工作的胜任度和满意度是老年科护士临床护理能力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论老年科护士临床护理能力处于较高水平,但仍存在不足之处,需要结合老年科护士专业化培训和老年护理人才培养的提升和激励,从而提升和优化其临床护理能力。
Objective To observe the clinical nursing ability of nurses in geriatrics department and to analyze the influencing factors. Methods 271 nurses in geriatrics department from 3 Grade III-A hospitals in Shanghai were selected and questionnaire was performed to assess the clinical nursing ability and to analyze the influencing factors. Results The total score of clinical nursing ability of the nurses in geriatrics department was(204.50±25.58); the working years, technical title, education degree, the competence in geriatric nursing and the satisfaction with the job were the influencing factors of clinical nursing ability in nurses of geriatrics department(P<0.05). Conclusions The nurses in geriatrics department are of good clinical nursing ability while there still exist some deficiencies; professional training combined with promotion and incentive of personnel training can improve and optimize the clinical nursing ability of nurses in geriatrics department.
