PDCA循环在眼科护理风险管理中的应用效果分析

摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环在眼科护理风险管理中的应用效果以及临床价值。方法以2016年3月～2018年4月期间我院收治的140例眼科患者为研究对象,并使用随机的方法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组70例。对照组患者给予常规护理方式,观察组患者给予常规护理模式联合PDCA循环护理,对两组的护理风险发生情况、患者满意度、护理质量考核评分进行对比分析。结果观察组患者的跌倒次数、焦虑评分均低于对照组患者,护理满意度和护理质量考核评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 PDCA循环在眼科护理风险管理中的效果显著,可以有效降低患者的护理风险发生率,提高临床护理质量和患者满意度。
Objective To Analysis of application effect of PDCA cycle in ophthalmology nursing risk management. Methods A total of 140 ophthalmologic patients admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to April 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 70 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care. The patients in the observation group were given routine nursing mode combined with PDCA cycle nursing. The nursing risk occurrence, patient satisfaction and nursing quality assessment scores of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The number of falls and anxiety scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. The nursing satisfaction and nursing quality assessment scores were higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle has a significant effect in ophthalmic care risk management, which can effectively reduce the incidence of patient care risk, improve clinical care quality and patient satisfaction.
