摘要
大唐绍兴江滨天然气热电联产工程采用国内首套三菱M701F4型单轴燃气蒸汽联合循环机组,为目前国内单机容量最大、热效率最高的9F级联合循环机组之一。本文对燃机转子冷却空气余热利用系统进行了深入研究,对冷却器型式进行了综合比较和优化选择,同时对水侧系统方案进行了优化,最终提高了机组的额定发电量和热效率,降低了工程造价,产生了较好的经济效益。对国内外"一拖一"和"二拖一"等联合循环机组的设计均具有较高的借鉴和参考意义。
The first Mitsubishi M701 F4 single-shaft combined cycle unit in China is adopted in Datang Shaoxing Jiangbin thermal power plant. And it is one of the 9 F combined cycle units that have highest rated power and thermal efficiency. Gas turbine cooling air waste-heat utilization system is studied in this paper. Cooler types are overall evaluated and water side systems are optimized at the same time. Finally higher rated power and heat efficiency are acquired. Construction costs are reduced and good economic benefits are achieved. This paper has great significance for domestic and overseas projects which have M701 F4 gas turbines.
