EPC模式下的长输管道施工管理

摘要
对长输管道施工管理问题做了简单的论述,提出了管理策略。基于EPC模式,开展施工管理工作,要从安全和质量等方面入手,采取相应的措施,保证各项管理工作高效落实。因此,结合长输管道施工管理研究,总结如何提升EPC项目管理水平的方法。
Aiming at the problem of construction management of long-distance pipelines,a simple discussion was made and management strategies were proposed and shared with relevant personnel for reference.Based on the EPC model,construction management should be carried out in terms of safety and quality,and corresponding measures should be taken to ensure the effective implementation of various management tasks.Now combined with long-distance pipeline construction management research,summarize how to improve the EPC project management level.
