摘要
将一台传统矿物绝缘油配电变压器依次注入天然酯绝缘油和矿物绝缘油并进行多项试验对比研究。结果表明:注入天然酯绝缘油后的配电变压器外施耐压、感应耐压及绝缘油试验均能满足标准要求,且声级低于矿物绝缘油变压器1.5 dB。由于天然酯绝缘油运动黏度较大,注入天然酯绝缘油后配电变压器温升比矿物绝缘油变压器略高,但仍在允许范围内。可见将传统矿物绝缘油配电变压器绝缘介质直接更换成天然酯绝缘油具有一定的可行性。
        Natural ester insulating oil and mineral insulating oil were successively injected into a conventional mineral insulating oil-filled distribution transformer, and performances of the transformer were studied. The results show that when the transformer was injected with natural ester insulating oil, its impressed voltage resistance, induced over-voltage withstand and insulating oil tests results meet standards,and its sound level is 1.5 dB lower than that of transformer injected with mineral insulating oil. The kinematic viscosity of natural ester insulating oil is higher than that of mineral insulating oil, so that the temperature rise of the transformer with natural eater oil is higher, but is still within the consenting range.In summary, it is feasible to change natural eater insulating oil for conventional mineral insulating oil-filled distribution transformer.
