中美日三边关系博弈互动的新态势、新挑战及对策建议

摘要
当前,国际秩序格局正处于大动荡、大改组、大分化的十字路口,位居世界前三位经济体的中国、美国、日本三国间关系呈现出殊于既往的博弈态势。美国将中国定位为"战略竞争对手",日本在日美同盟体制下同时陷入"被卷入"和"被抛弃"的双重风险之中,中国面临日美携手实施"印太战略"的重大挑战。我们应积极谋划和制定推动三边关系形成良性互动的因应之策,如注重运用"名人效应",积极培育年轻一代"知华派"充当信使和桥梁,加强对美日政界资深人士和保守学者理念、思想的研究等。
The current international order is at the crossroads of great changes and restructuring,with new characteristics of game interaction within the China-U.S.-Japan trilateral relations involving the global top three economies.The United States has positioned China as a"strategic competitor".Under the Japan-US alliance system,Japan is at the risk of either being"involved"or"abandoned".China is faced with great challenges brought by the "Indo-Pacific Strategy",which is beingjointly implemented by Japan and U.S..In that context,policies that serve for the better interaction between the three sides are recommended,such as making use of the social influence of celebrities,cultivating the younger generation of groups both in Japan and U.S.that are knowledgeable about China as a messenger and bridge and strengthening the study of ideas of right-wing politicians and conservative scholars in the U.S.and Japan.
