摘要
收集了2010~2015年太湖流域水量平衡计算中各个要素,分析计算了太湖流域水量平衡的绝对误差和相对误差,认为误差产生的原因主要是口门进出水量、蓄变量和耗水量等数据的计算精度。根据对平衡要素分析,有针对性地提出了误差控制措施,建议重点加强监控能力建设、完善用水消耗量估算方法,以减小水量平衡误差,从而为太湖流域水量分配方案提供更加精准的数据基础。
        By collecting the elements of the water balance in the Taihu basin during 2010-2015, this paper calculated and analyzed the absolute errors and relative errors of the water balance. The main reasons of the errors were mainly the calculation accuracy of the data that the variation on the water exchange, storage and consumption. Based on analysis of the factors in water balance, many measures were put forward to control errors, for instance, the construction of the monitoring abilities was strengthened and the estimation method of the water consumption was improved. These measures could reduce the errors of the water balance and provide more accurate data foundation for the water allocation plan in the Taihu basin.
