艾灸右内关对同侧劳宫与少府太赫兹辐射的影响

摘要
目的观察正常人体艾灸右内关前后同侧劳宫、少府太赫兹波辐射光谱特性。方法对30例志愿者艾灸右内关前后右劳宫、少府进行太赫兹波辐射检测,通过光谱形态分析和点值比较的方法对艾灸右内关前后右劳宫、少府太赫兹波辐射光谱进行分析。结果艾灸右内关后同侧劳宫、少府太赫兹波辐射量比艾灸前均降低,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);艾灸右内关前后同侧少府太赫兹辐射量差值高于同侧劳宫太赫兹辐射量差值,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论艾灸可以影响同经穴位太赫兹波辐射量,同时也可以影响其他经穴位太赫兹波辐射量。这为探究艾灸循经和越经感传现象的机制提供了新的研究方法和途径,为循经感传与越经感传的实质提供了生物物理学基础。
Objective To observe the features of terahertz radiation spectrum of Laogong(PC8) and Shaofu(HT8)on the right side before and after moxibustion at the homolateral Neiguan(PC6). Method Thirty volunteers received terahertz radiation detection of Laogong(PC8) and Shaofu(HT8) on the right side before and after moxibustion at the homolateral Neiguan(PC6). By studying the spectrum pattern and comparing the point value, the terahertz radiation spectrums of Laogong(PC8) and Shaofu(HT8) on the right side were analyzed before and after moxibustion at the homolateral Neiguan(PC6). Result The terahertz radiation doses of the right-side Laogong(PC8) and Shaofu(HT8)declined after moxibustion at Neiguan(PC6) on the same side, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.01); after moxibustion at the right-side Neiguan(PC6), the change in the terahertz radiation dose of the same side Shaofu(HT8) was more significant than the change in the radiation dose of the same side Laogong(PC8), and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01). Conclusion Moxibustion can not only influence the terahertz radiation quantity of the acupoints from the same meridian but also the acupoints from different meridians. This offers a novel research method and approach to the study of the mechanism in the along-meridian and trans-meridian transmission of moxibustion. It also provides a biophysical foundation to the essence of the along-meridian and trans-meridian transmission.
