摘要
应用PLC与智能工业控制器控制水质监测仪,使其能在原位监测水质状况。通过安装的浊度、PH、温度、溶氧传感器将检测到的模拟量电压信号通过智能工业控制器使其转化为数字量,再经过智能控制和PLC的设计计算,将检测到的数据转换成具有实际意义的监测值,并能实现电脑上网监测,手机网络监测,在水域水质严重超标时会实时发送短信第一时间通知相关责任人,告知当前水体情况。
The design of this project is to control the water quality monitor through PLC and intelligent industrial controller so that it can monitor the water quality in situ. Through the installed turbidity, PH, temperature, and dissolved oxygen sensors, the analog voltage signals detected are converted into digital quantities through intelligent industrial control, and then calculated by intelligent control and PLC design. The detected data will be converted into practical monitoring values, and can achieve computer online monitoring, mobile phone network monitoring, in the water quality seriously exceeded the first time in real time to send text messages to inform the relevant responsible person, inform the current water situation.
