摘要

《绿色产品评价—太阳能热水系统》是国家绿色产品评价标准化总体组首批审查发布的绿色产品国家标准之一,也是同批次发布实施的13项标准中唯一涉及可再生能源产品的绿色产品评价标准。标准首次从资源属性、能源属性、环境属性和品质指标对太阳能热水系统提出了绿色产品的评价指标体系,并基于大数据下的检查结果和调研结果对16个二级指标提出了合理的指标要求。本文对相关国内外标准情况、关键指标确定依据、市场引导作用等内容进行解读,以推动标准实施工作。
        Green Product Assessment – Solar Water Heating System is one of the frst national standards for green product assessment released by the National Green Product Assessment Standardization Group. It is also the only green product assessment standard involving renewable energy products among the 13 standards issued at the same time. For the frst time, the standard proposed a green product assessment index system for solar water heating system including resource property, energy property, as well as environment property and quality indicators. Based on the inspection and survey results under big data, reasonable requirements for 16 second grade indexes proposed. Relevant domestic and international standards, basis for determining key indexes, and market guidance about this standard are proposed to promote standards implementation.
