摘要
文章针对于一款简易DLP型光固化3D打印机设备,分析打印过程中的缺陷;在此基础上进行光源和结构等方面的改造,工作目标是将现有的成型原理由DLP光固化改为LCD光固化,以提升打印质量,同时降低打印成本。
This paper analyzes the defects of a simple DLP type photo-curing 3 D printer in the printing process; based on which the light source and structure are reformed. The existing forming principle is changed from DLP photo-curing to LCD photo-curing so as to improve the printing quality and reduce the printing cost.
