基于工业遗产再利用背景下的文创园设计研究

摘要
工业遗产是城市历史不可忽略的一部分。它不仅极大地促进了城市经济的发展和城市空间肌理的形成,而且为城市积累了文脉,在构建城市记忆这一方面发挥着不可磨灭的用途。这些年来,国家高度重视并大力支持文化产业发展和文化建设,由此而来中国的文化创意产业和文化创意产业园区发展迅速,依托工业园区转型的文学创作园区逐渐涌现。本文阐述了文创公园的定义和功能,分析了中国文创产业的发展现状和意义,并以上海1933老厂坊为例,对文创公园进行了分析和研究,对工业遗产再利用背景下文化创意产业园的设计方法进行了思考和探索。当前城市公共空间资源极度短缺,蕴含着巨大潜力的文化创意产业园作为城市公共空间的重要组成部分,则在此时突显得尤为重要。
Industrial heritage is an indispensable part of city. It not only greatly promotes the development of urban economy and the formation of urban spatial texture, but also accumulates context for the city and plays an indelible role in the construction of urban memory.In recent years, the state has attached great importance to and strongly supported the development of cultural industries and cultural construction. As a result, China's cultural and creative industries and cultural and creative industries parks have developed rapidly, and literary creation parks relying on the transformation of industrial parks have gradually emerged. This paper expounds the definition and function of cultural and creative park as well as analyzes the current situation and significance of the development of Chinese cultural and creative industrial park. Taking Shanghai 1933 Old Factory Square as an example, this paper analyzes and studies cultural and creative park, thinking and exploring the design method of cultural and creative industrial park under the background of industrial heritage reuse.At present, the resources of urban public space are extremely short. As an important part of urban public space, the cultural and creative industrial park, which contains great potential, is especially important at this time.
