摘要
采用ABS塑料电池壳组装成的12 V 20 Ah电池,分别在25℃和40℃下进行循环测试。相比之下,40℃条件下,充放电量比值较大,多充入的电量主要用于电解水。在120次循环后,40℃下的失水量占电解液总质量的2.94%,25℃下的失水量占电解液总质量的1.91%。通过实验计算,25℃下通过安全阀的失水量占总失水量的80%以上。在40℃下虽然通过安全阀的失水量仍占主导地位,但通过塑壳的失水量达到了总失水量的30%。因此,高温下通过塑壳失水达到了不可忽视的程度。
The 12 V 20 Ah VRLA batteries assembled with ABS containers are tested at 25 ℃ and 40 ℃. The charging ratio is higher at 40 ℃ than that at 25 ℃ because more electricity at 40 ℃ is used for electrolysis of water. After 120 cycles, the water loss at 40 ℃ is 2.94 % of the total electrolyte, and the water loss at 25 ℃ is 1.91 % of the total electrolyte. Basing on the experiment calculation, the water loss through the safety valves is over 80 % of the total water loss at 25 ℃. At 40 ℃, the main way of water loss is passing through the safety valves, but the water loss through the container is up to 30 % of the total water loss. The water loss through the container should not be ignored at high temperature.
