摘要
东南亚某地石英砂矿储量大、含硅量高,主要杂质矿物为锆石、金红石、褐铁矿、钛铁矿、电气石等。为提高石英砂SiO_2品位,降低Fe_2O_3品位,进行选矿试验研究。原矿隔去粗渣后,再经擦洗脱泥-一粗一精螺旋选别-ZQS磁选后,可取得SiO_2品位为99.61%、Fe_2O_3品位为0.0073%的石英精砂,达到了光伏玻璃用石英砂的含铁、含硅要求。
With the character of impurity minerals mainly are zircon,rutile,limonite,ilmenite and tourmaline,a silica sand mine in southeast Asia has large reserves and high silicon content.In order to improve the SiO_2 grade,reduce the Fe_2O_3 grade as well in silica sand,the beneficiation test is carried out.After the run-of-mine is separated from the coarse slag,99.61% SiO_2 grade and 0.0073% Fe_2O_3 grade in the final product could be obtained by scrubbing the eluted mud-one rougher and one concentrator of spiral separation-ZQS magnetic separation,meeting the requirement for photovoltaic glass sand.
