头皮冷却疗法预防乳腺癌化疗病人脱发效果及其影响因素研究

摘要
[目的]探讨头皮冷却疗法对化疗诱导脱发的预防效果及影响因素。[方法]选取2014年6月—2015年6月肿瘤科收治的182例乳腺癌化疗同时进行头皮冷却治疗的病人,观察头皮冷却治疗的效果,分析影响头皮冷却疗效的相关因素。[结果]182例病人中有111例病人(60.9%)头皮冷却治疗效果良好,化疗药物的种类及剂量、病人年龄、经期状态、系统性疾病以及相应使用的药物、抑郁均对头皮冷却的疗效有影响。[结论]化疗过程中应用头皮冷却疗法对化疗诱导的脱发进行干预,有助于改善化疗病人的生活质量和心理体验。
