中国式森田疗法联合前列安栓治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎临床疗效观察

摘要
[目的]探讨中国式森田疗法联合前列安栓治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎的临床效果。[方法]将符合标准的121例ⅢA型前列腺炎患者随机分成中国式森田疗法组(治疗组)60例和单纯前列安栓组(对照组)61例,分别给予中国式森田疗法联合前列按栓和单纯前列安栓治疗12周,治疗前后用美国国立卫生院慢性前列腺炎症状积分指数(NIHCPSI)评定疗效。[结果]治疗后,治疗组治愈率为28.33%,总有效率为86.67%;对照组治愈率为27.87%,总有效率为68.85%,治愈率组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);NIH-CPSI评定,两组疼痛/不适、排尿、生活质量的评分及总分均较治疗前明显减少(P<0.01),且治疗组疼痛/不适、生活质量的评分和总分的减少均比对照组明显(P<0.01),两组治疗后的排尿评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]联合中国式森田疗法比单纯前列安栓治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎能明显改善疼痛/不适症状,提高生活质量和总有效率。
[Objective] To explore the effect of Chinese Morita therapy combined with Qianliean Shuan suppository in patients with ⅢA prostatitis. [Methods] The 121 patients with standard ⅢA prostatitis were randomly divided into 60 cases of Chinese type Morita therapy group(group A) and 61 cases(group B) of Qianliean Shuan suppository group(group B). They were given the Chinese Morita therapy combined with the Qianliean Shuan suppository and the simple Qianliean Shuan suppository for 8 weeks respectively. Before and after the treatment,the National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Score(NIH-CPSI) were evaluated. [Results] The cure rate and total effective rate of the group A were 28.33% and 86.67%,while that were 27.87% and 68.85% of the group B. The cure rate between the groups was not significant(P>0.05),while the total effective rate between the groups was significant(P<0.05).The total score and the scores of pain/discomfort,urination,quality of life in group A and group B by NIH-CPSI were significantly decreased(P<0.01). The total score and the scores of pain/discomfort,quality of life by NIH-CPSI were significantly decreased in group A than that in group B(P<0.05),while the score of urination after treatment in two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05). [Conclusion] Chinese Morita therapy combined with Qianliean Shuan suppository can reduce pain/discomfort and improve the quality of life and total effective rate in patients with ⅢA prostatitis.
