双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合蒙脱石散对腹泻患儿治疗效果

摘要
目的研究双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合蒙脱石散对腹泻患儿免疫功能、肠道菌群、血锌水平的影响,并分析其疗效。方法选择某院2016年3月～2018年1月收治的腹泻患儿98例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组49例,两组患儿均实施常规治疗,对照组给予蒙脱石散,观察组在对照组基础上给予培菲康,两组患儿均治疗3 d后,观察临床疗效以及治疗前后免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3~+、CD4~+、CD8~+)、肠道菌群(乳酸菌、双歧杆菌)及血锌水平的变化。结果观察组治疗3 d后总有效率(91.84%)显著高于对照组(73.47%),且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后IgG、IgA、IgM、CD3~+、CD4~+、乳酸菌、双歧杆菌、血锌水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),CD8~+水平显著低于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹泻患儿使用培菲康联合蒙脱石散疗效显著,能在一定程度上提高患儿自身免疫功能,增加胃肠道菌群数量,改善血锌水平。
OBJECTIVE To observe the treatment effects of Bifid-triple viable powder( Bifico) combined with montmorillonite powder on children patients with diarrhea and its influence on immune function,intestinal flora and blood zinc level. METHODS A total of 98 children patients with diarrhea admitted to the hospital from March 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 49 cases in each group. Both groups were given conventional treatment,while control group was given montmorillonite powder,and observation group was given Bifico on the basis of control group,and the two groups were treated for 3 d. The clinical efficacy after treatment,and immunoglobulins( IgG,IgA,IgM),T lymphocyte subsets( CD3~+,CD4~+,CD8~+),intestinal flora( lactic acid bacteria,bifidobacteria) and blood zinc level before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.RESULTS The total effective rate in observation group after 3 d of treatment was significantly higher than that in control group( 91.84% vs 73. 47%,P < 0. 05). The levels of IgG,IgA,IgM,CD3~+,CD4~+,lactic acid bacteria,bifidobacteria and blood zinc in observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those in control group( P < 0. 05),while the level of CD8~+was significantly lower than that in control group( P < 0. 05). CONCLUSION Bifico combined with montmorillonite powder has a significant efficacy on children patients with diarrhea,and it can improve the immune function,increase the gastrointestinal flora quantity and improve blood zinc level to a certain extent.
