摘要
介绍采用碳纤维复合材料结构的模拟驾驶舱设计和仿真分析,证明碳纤维复合材料夹芯结构舱体完全满足设计应用要求;该结构的材料体系满足冲击、隔声、隔热和阻燃要求;用液态成型工艺制备的碳纤维夹芯复合材料舱体较全碳钢车体减重效果明显。
The simulated cockpit design and simulation analysis of carbon fiber composite structure are presented. It is proved that the car body produced by carbon fiber composite sandwich structure can fully meet the requirements of design and application, and the material system of the structure can meet the requirements of impact, sound insulation, heat insulation and flame retardation. The carbon fiber sandwich composite car body prepared by liquid forming process has better weight loss than that produced by carbon steel.
