摘要
近年来,随着幼儿园教师虐童事件不断被曝光,幼儿教师的师德问题引起社会的广泛关注。高等院校中的学前教育专业是幼儿园教师培养的第一步,幼儿教师职前的师德养成也是幼儿园教师师德养成体系中的重要环节。本研究在分析幼儿教师职前师德养成面临的困境及成因的基础上,结合《新时代幼儿园教师职业行为十项准则》提出幼儿教师职前师德养成机制即政策引导,促使社会关注师德教育落地;高校人才培养,回归师德养成的主体地位;幼儿教师职前学习,树立终生发展本位理念。
        In recent years, with the constant exposure of child abuse by kindergarten teachers, the problem of preschool teachers' professional ethics arouses wide concern and discussion in society. Preschool education in colleges or universities is a significant part in the training of kindergarten teachers. The cultivation of preschool teachers' professional ethics before service is an important link in the cultivation system of kindergarten teachers' professional ethics. Based on the analysis of the difficulties and causes of preschool teachers' pre-service professional ethics cultivation, combined with the Ten Rules for the Professional Behavior of Kindergarten Teachers in the New Era, the paper tries to explore the professional ethics cultivation mechanism for preschool teachers before service. The paper holds that policy should be made to promote social attention to the implementation of teacher professional ethics education; in the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities, the subject status of the cultivation of professional ethics should be stressed; preschool teachers should establish a lifelong professional development view in their learning before service.
