论涂尔干青年社会化思想对当代青年道德教育的意义

摘要
我国目前正处于由传统工业社会向现代化多元性产业社会急剧转型的时期,而这种转型所带给我们的强大压力就是自我主义,是个人因为回归自身所引发的社会主义文化意境的慢慢丧失。尤其是随着现代社会多元理念、生活习惯、思考问题方式的生成,越来越多的人们产生了这样一种疑惑和焦虑,他们已经不明白如今生存于世的自己,到底应该肩负着怎样的责任。道德问题、混乱和危机更慢慢彰显在当代中国人、尤其是青年一代所经历或者说正在经历的社会生活中。本文首先从涂尔干的自我主义的提出和内涵入手;其次,详细梳理了青年社会化的含义和我国当今社会青年社会化过程中来自家庭、学校以及社会等方面的隐患;接着,论述了涂尔干的自我主义对青年社会化过程中思想以及生活等方面的影响;最后,在上述基础之上,对现阶段青年社会化过程中出现的一些问题从家庭、学校、社会和青年个人等方面提出切实可行的对策。当下,研究青年社会化过程中的一系列问题,有利于更好地把握青年的人格发展和对社会的影响,具有一定的现实性意义。
At present, our country is in a period of rapid transformation from traditional industrial society to modern pluralistic industrial society, and the strong pressure brought by this transformation is self-ism, which is the gradual loss of the socialist cultural mood caused by the individual's return to himself. Especially with the emergence of pluralistic ideas, living habits and ways of thinking in modern society, more and more people have such doubts and anxieties. They have no idea what responsibility they should shoulder to survive in the world. Moral problems, chaos and crises are gradually manifesting in the social life that contemporary Chinese, especially the younger generation, are experiencing or are experiencing. Firstly, this paper starts with Durkheim's proposition and connotation of egoism; secondly, it combs the meaning of youth socialization and the hidden dangers from family, school and society in the process of youth socialization in our current society in detail; secondly, it discusses Durkheim's egoism's thoughts and students in the process of youth socialization. Finally, on the basis of the above, this paper puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of family, school, society and young individuals for some problems arising in the process of youth socialization at the present stage. At present, the study of a series of problems in the process of youth socialization is conducive to better grasp the personality development and social impact of youth, and has a certain practical significance.
