In order to investigate the impact degrees of bike supply and distance effect of bike location distribution on the bike-borrowing behavior,we adopted the high-frequency data of Capital Bikeshare system of Washington,D. C.,and built a discrete choice model of commuter, and maximized the random utility of population in the target area. The supply effect of bikes includes the marginal effect of bike supply when borrowing bikes, the availability effect of parking docks when returning bikes. The distance effect includes the distance effect of single station and the distance effect among stations. We adopted the nested iterative algorithm to calculate parameters. The result shows that( 1) when the walking distance of commuter to the bike station decreases by 10%,the use of bikes of the system will increase 2. 9%;( 2) when the distance from the nearest other station decreases by 10%,the use will increase 1%;( 3) increasing the supply of bikes has no distinct impact on use of bikes if not increasing the supply of parking docks;( 4) when number of parking docks increases by 10%,the use will increase 2. 3%.
