摘要
以企业培训项目开发工作为主题,用VUCA概括描述了"互联网+"的时代背景特点以及企业面临的外部压力,通过对ADDIE和SAM两个经典培训项目开发模型的分析,揭示了传统的开发模式无法满足新形势下企业培训业务发展的需求。企业培训通过丰富的实践,逐渐探索形成了一种融合互联网思维的嵌套迭代式培训项目开发模式,即品牌培训项目敏捷迭代模型,从工作过程、内涵特点、评估设置、人员结构和图形化等多个角度阐述了该模型。以一个培训项目开发实例具体描述了该模型指导工作开展的全过程,通过实施效果论证了模型的有效性及其在企业培训项目开发工作中发挥的突出作用。
        With the theme of enterprise training program development,this paper adopts VUCA to outline the background characteristics of "Internet+" and the external pressure of enterprise.Through the analysis on ADDIE and SAM,which are two classic development modes of training program,the paper reveals that the traditional development mode cannot meet the requirements of the enterprise training business development under the new situation.Through extensive practice,the enterprise training gradually explores and forms a nested iterative training program development mode that incorporates Internet thinking.That is the agile iterative mode of brand training program.This paper elaborates the mode from multiple perspectives including work process,connotation feature,assessment setting,personnel structure and graphics.This paper describes the whole process of the work guided by the mode with a training program development,and demonstrates the effectiveness of mode and its prominent role in the development of enterprise training program through implementation effects.
