提高女大学生求职安全意识的对策研究

摘要
目前大学生就业形势日益严峻,尤其是女大学生的就业更是难上加难。女大学生求职心切,加上招聘网站本身存在安全隐患,她们很容易落入不法分子的圈套,泄露个人信息。通过调查亦能发现,女大学生的人身安全意识、财产安全意识、甄别意识以及劳动法律法规意识都不强,有必要提醒女大学生在求职过程中核实招聘信息、谨慎填写个人资料,在面试和签订劳动合时要慎之又慎;同时,学校和家庭也要加强对女大学生安全意识的教育和引导,政府要不断完善相关的法律法规,在打击相关犯罪的同时,加强公众舆论的宣传,为女大学生营造一个安全的求职和就业环境。
Nowadays,the situation of graduates employment is becoming increasingly rigorous,especially for female university students.Being exigent for job,coupled with security risks of recruitment websites,the female university students are easy to fall into the trap of lawbreakers and reveal personal information. Otherwise,it can also be found through investigation that the current situation of personal safety awareness,property safety awareness,identify consciousness and safety awareness of labor laws and regulations of female university students are also not optimistic. It is worth reminding the female university students to check out the recruitment information,fill in personal data carefully,interview and sign a contract carefully. Meanwhile,universities and families should also strength education and guidance on safety awareness of female university students. The government must constantly improve relevant laws and regulations,strengthen public opinion publicity while combating related crimes,and create a safe job hunting and employment environment for female college students.
