超声心动图在川崎病诊断、治疗及长期随访中的应用进展——2017年AHA指南的解读

<正>川崎病(Kawasaki disease,KD)即黏膜皮肤淋巴结综合征(mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome)是原因不明的急性自限性发热性疾病,好发于5岁以下儿童,已是发达国家儿童获得性心脏病的主要原因之一。2017年美国心脏病协会(American Heart Association,AHA)发布了新的《川崎病的诊断、治疗及远期管理—美国心脏病协会对医疗专业人员的科学指南》[1],以下简称《指南》,系统阐述了川崎病的流行病学、病理、诊断、治疗和长期管理的循证依据,值得超声医师学习借鉴。超声心动图对川崎病近端冠状动脉病变的探查有较高
