摘要
推进男女平等基本国策、贯彻落实性别平等理念传播,需打造媒体传播合力。这既需要提升媒体决策者与高层管理者的性别意识,强化广大媒体从业者的性别敏感,也要加强不同媒介形态、媒体机构、媒体资源之间的融合,包括女性媒体自身传统思维与互联网思维的融合、女性媒体之间的横向融合、女性主流媒体与其他主流媒体之间的扩展性融合。基于实例重点探讨女性主流媒体与其他主流媒体之间的扩展性融合,可以解析出推进性别平等传播目标融合、内容融合、资源融合的路径与策略。
To promote the implementation of the basic state policy of gender equality and the communication of its spirit, it is necessary to build up mainstream media's synergy force. Therefore, it is not only necessary to enhance gender awareness of decision makers and senior managers in media organizations and strengthen gender sensitivity by the mass media practitioners, but also to integrate communication capacity of different media forms, media organizations and media resources, which includes the vertical integration between female media's own traditional mindset and new internet mindset, the horizontal Integration between female media or-ganizations and the extensive integration between female mainstream media and other mainstream media. Based on case analysis, this paper focuses on the extensive integration of female mainstream media and other mainstream media, and analyzes the path and strategy of integration of promoting gender equality communica-tion goal, contents integration and resources integration.
