宫腔镜治疗宫腔粘连疗效观察

摘要
目的:分析宫腔镜治疗宫腔粘连的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年8月～2017年9月某院收治的宫腔粘连患者64例,随机分为观察组和对照组各32例。观察组患者应用宫腔镜手术治疗,对照组患者应用扩宫术进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗结果。结果:观察组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组,观察组患者妊娠率高于对照组,数据差异显示具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜治疗宫腔粘连具有微创、便捷、高效的效果,能够有效改善患者月经不调、下腹疼痛等症状,并且患者妊娠率更高,值得临床推广使用。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of hysteroscopy in the treatment of intrauterine adhesion. Methods: 64 cases of intrauterine adhesion patients admitted to a hospital from August 2016 to September 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 32 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with hysteroscopic surgery, and the patients in the control group were treated with dilatation. The results of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the pregnancy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: Hysteroscopy has minimally invasive, convenient and efficient effects in the treatment of intrauterine adhesion, which can effectively improve the symptoms of irregular menstruation and lower abdominal pain, and the pregnancy rate of patients is higher, which is worth of popularizing.
