超声引导下的穿刺活检在乳腺小肿块中的诊断价值分析

摘要
目的:探讨超声引导下的穿刺活检在乳腺小肿块中的诊断价值。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月于我院行超声引导穿刺活检的93例乳腺小肿块患者作为此次研究对象,对比超声检查与术后病理或随访结果的相符程度。结果超声引导下的穿刺活检在非典型增生与良性病变产中出现了1例混淆,其余病例穿刺活检与术后病理结果均一致。差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);超声引导下的穿刺活检对于乳腺癌的检出率与术后病理检查结果相当,无1例误诊,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);对28例超声引导下乳腺穿刺活检诊断为良性病变患者进行随访,随访时间为1～2年,随访结果 28例患者均未出现恶性变征象,亦未发生并发症。结论:超声引导下的穿刺活检在乳腺小肿块中的诊断价值较高,能够准确分辨肿块良恶性,该检查方法准确高效,值得采用。
Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of ultrasound-guided biopsy in small breast mass. Methods 93 small breast mass patients underwent the ultrasound-guided biopsy from January 2018 to January 2019 in our hospital were selected. According to pathological or follow-up results, the detection accuracy of ultrasonography was assessed. Results One mixed case of atypical hyperplasia and benign lesions was occurred during the biopsy; but the biopsy results for other cases were consistent with pathological results(P﹥0.05); the detection rate of breast cancer based on biopsy and pathology was basically the same; no misdiagnosed case was occurred(P﹥0.05). According to biopsy results, 28 benign cases were followed for 1～2 years. No malignant or complication cases were occurred. Conclusion The ultrasound-guided biopsy has higher diagnostic value in small breast mass, and makes clear identifications of benign and malignant diseases. The accurate and efficient method shall be recommended in clinical practice.
