氨甲环酸联合碘仿纱条在防治宫颈锥形切除术后出血中的疗效分析

摘要
目的研究氨甲环酸联合碘仿纱条对于防治宫颈锥形切除术后出血的疗效。方法选择2015年1月至2017年9月在我院经病理学检查确诊并行宫颈锥形切除术治疗的宫颈上皮内瘤变患者110例,采用随机表法将110例患者随机均分为研究组和对照组,两组患者给于不同的止血方式,比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后近期出血情况、术后阴道排液量、创面恢复时间等指标。结果研究组手术时间、术中出血量、术后阴道排液量及创面恢复时间数值显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨甲环酸联合碘仿纱条有效缩短了手术时间,减少了术中出血,促进了患者术后恢复,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the tranexamic acid combined with iodoform gauze for clinical prevention and treatment of hemorrhage after cervical conization.Methods from January 2015 September-2017 in our hospital confirmed by pathology of concurrent cervical conization treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia in 110 patients,using random table method,110 patients were randomly divided into study group and control group,two groups of patients in different ways of hemostasis,compared two groups of patients with operation time the amount of intraoperative bleeding,postoperative bleeding,postoperative vaginal discharge volume,wound recovery time and other indicators.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative vaginal drainage volume and wound recovery time in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tranexamic acid combined with iodoform gauze can effectively shorten operation time,reduce intraoperative bleeding,promote the postoperative recovery of patients,is worthy of promotion.
