富水风化岩石地层盾构始发加固技术研究

摘要
针对富水风化板岩水理性质差、遇水易崩解的特点,结合大连地铁1号线港湾广场站—中山广场站区间盾构始发端地层加固施工的实际情况,详细分析了三重管高压旋喷桩在现场布置、加固范围、管线影响、施工工效及成桩效果等方面的不利因素,指出采用WSS二重管无收缩双液注浆加固技术不仅可方便快捷地达到止水加固目的,而且采用倾斜注浆的方式可以很好地避免地下管线的影响,确保加固范围,并给出倾斜注浆的具体施工参数。
        In view of the characteristics on water-rich weathered slate in the bad water physical properties,and easy disintegration when encountering water,and according to the actual situations of strengthening construction for launching portal of Gangwan Square station to Zhongshan Square station between shield tunnel of Dalian Subway Line 1,this paper analyzed unfavorable factors on the triple tube jet-grouting pile in the site layout,strengthening range,pipeline influence,construction efficiency and pile-forming effect,etc. And it was pointed out that the WSS grouting strengthening technology was not only convenient to achieve the strengthening goal,but also avoided the influence of underground pipeline by the inclined grouting method, ensured the strengthening range,and gave concrete construction parameters in the inclined grouting.
