摘要
西南某铁矿新建充填系统,针对矿区地形较复杂且尾砂性质比较特殊等建设条件,提出了3套充填系统建设方案,从方案的投资、运营成本、管理等方面分别进行了比较与分析,最终选择的充填方案为尾矿就地高效浓密,高浓度尾砂浆输送搅拌站砂仓,充填料浆集中制备自流输送,该方案可保证投资合理、运营成本最低、系统操作可靠。
An iron mine of southwest China planned to build a new filling system.In view of the complicated terrain and special tailings properties in the mining area,three construction schemes of filling system were put forward.By comparing and analyzing the investment,operation cost and management of the schemes,the final selection of filling scheme was thickened the tailings in-situ,then conveyed high-concentration and dense tailings slurry to sand bin of mixing station by pump,and centralized preparation of filling slurry for self-flowing transportation.The scheme could ensure reasonable investment,lowest operating cost and reliable system operation.
