抗精子抗体在男性不育中的研究进展

摘要
抗精子抗体(Antisperm Antibody,As Ab)是男性免疫性不育的重要因素,已被列入男性不育的确定指标之一。本文通过对近年国内外相关文献进行整理,对男性As Ab的病因、发病机制、对男性生育的影响及常用目前常用治疗手段进行综合分析,以期为临床男科工作者提供参考。
Antisperm antibody(As Ab) is one of the important factors of male immune infertility, as one of the indicators has been listed in male infertility. The related literatures at home and abroad in recent years were reviewed. For etiology and mechanism of male As Ab, effect on male fertility and the commonly used at present commonly used treatment was comprehensively analyzed, in order to provide reference for clinical male workers.
