彩超对原发性肝癌与单发转移性肝癌血供及流速的鉴别

摘要
目的探讨彩超对原发性肝癌与单发转移性肝癌血供及流速的鉴别。方法选取我院发生原发性肝癌与单发转移性肝癌的病人38例,分为A组和B组,再选取30例健康志愿者作用C组,实行彩色多普勒超声检查,对三组的检查的结果实行比较。结果 A组的检测结果检测中内部以及周围的动脉的血供的情况增幅大于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组的病人的肝动脉的直径以及峰值的流速大于B组、C组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组的门静脉的流速小于B组、C组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在原发性肝癌与单发转移性肝癌中使用彩色多普勒超声检查,可以将病人的血供以及流速的情况检测出来,具有重要的临床价值。
Objective To explore the color Doppler ultrasound in the identification of blood supply and flow velocity of primary liver cancer and single metastatic liver cancer.Methods 38 patients with primary liver cancer and single metastatic liver cancer in our hospital were divided into group a and group b,30 healthy volunteers were selected,color Doppler ultrasound was performed,and the results of three groups were compared.Results The blood supply of the internal and peripheral arteries in group a was higher than that in group b(P<0.05).The diameter and peak velocity of hepatic artery of group a were larger than that of group b and group c(P<0.05).The velocity of portal vein in group a was less than that in group b and group c(P<0.05).Conclusion the use of color Doppler ultrasound in primary liver cancer and single metastatic liver cancer can detect the blood supply and flow rate of the patient,and has important clinical value.
