摘要
采用流体计算软件对某百万机组煤粉管道流场进行三维模拟,优化管道布置方式,提出斜管布置方案,减少弯头数目,用锐角弯头代替直角弯头。既可降低煤粉管道阻力,平衡磨煤机出口粉管之间的阻力;又可降低一次风机的出力,提高煤粉均匀性,改善锅炉着火和燃尽。煤粉管道改造表明,锅炉经济性和安全性有一定提升。
In the paper,the flow field of pulverized coal pipeline in a million units is simulated by fluid computing software,the layout method of pipeline is optimized,and the layout scheme of oblique pipe is put forward. The number of corners is reduced,acute corners are instead of right-angled corners. It can not only reduce the resistance of coal pipe,but also balance the resistance of coal mill outlet pipe. It can also reduce the output of a fan,improve the uniformity of coal powder,and improve the boiler fire and burn. The improvement of coal pipeline shows that the boiler economy and safety have been improved.
