摘要
城市轨道交通已经成为人们出行的重要交通方式,其遭受恐怖袭击后环境封闭、逃生难度大,危害后果很严重。轨道交通的恐怖袭击方式包括爆炸性袭击、纵火性袭击、辐射袭击和生化袭击等;受到袭击后有火灾危害大、伴随产生的烟雾量大、难以扩散导致升温迅速、容易形成连锁反应、救援工作难度大等特点。对每一种袭击方式对城市轨道交通产生的破坏状况进行了详细的分析并提出防控措施。可为城市轨道交通反恐安全建设提供有益的参考。
        The urban rail transit already becomes an important way that people travel.When it were attacked by terrorists,and people were kept in an enclosed environment,it would be much difficult for people to escape and the endangered result would be very serious.The modes of terrorist attacks on the rail transit include the explosion attacks,fire-setting attacks,the radioactive attacks,the bio-chemical attacks,etc.The post-attack fire is even more hazardous,because there will be much smog produced after the attack,which will be difficult to diffuse so as to cause the temperature to rise rapidly,as a result of which a series of chain reactions may occur,and the rescue work will be made rather difficult.Analyzed in detail in the present paper is the damaged status probably caused by every possible mode of terrorist attacks,with the preventive and control measures against them put forward.The paper may well serve as a useful reference for the anti-terrorist-attack safety construction of urban rail transit.
